Every candidate is sourced from live LinkedIn profiles or submitted directly by the candidate themselves. We don't scrape or resell data — anyone matched to your brief has either applied through TalentKnight or consented to being contacted.
How are candidates vetted?
Vesper checks each profile against your brief for seniority, sector experience and location before it's ranked. Every match comes with a written explanation of why it was shortlisted, so you can judge fit yourself rather than trust a black box.
What happens after I express interest in a candidate?
